Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they govern your use of our online platforms, products, and services. By accessing our website, participating in our programs, or using any of our features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Some areas of the LifeAid website and digital platforms are public, while others are restricted to registered users such as Members, Customers, Vendors, Administrators, and other classifications designated by LifeAid. Access to password-protected areas is limited to authorized users only. Unauthorized access to these areas is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

If you are below 18 years old, please obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before using this website or any of LifeAid’s services. Without such consent, you are not permitted to access or use our platform.

1. Definitions

1.1 “LifeAid”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to LifeAid Emergency Solutions Inc., a company registered in the Philippines.
1.2 “Product” means any safety or preparedness item, kit, or related product available for sale on the LifeAid platform.
1.3 “Services” include, but are not limited to, training programs, workshops, consulting services, and digital content provided by LifeAid.
1.4 “Listing Price” refers to the stated price of a Product or Service on our platform.
1.5 “Order” means a confirmed purchase of Products or Services made through LifeAid.
1.6 “Personal Data” refers to any information that identifies you personally, as defined under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
1.7 “Platform” refers to the LifeAid website and any official digital platforms managed by LifeAid.
1.8 “Prohibited Material” means any material that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable as determined by LifeAid.

2. Use of the Platform and Services

2.1 You agree to comply with all LifeAid guidelines, notices, and policies relating to your use of the platform. LifeAid reserves the right to update or modify these guidelines at any time without prior notice.

2.2 You agree NOT to:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes;

  • Upload or distribute viruses or malicious code;

  • Post or share Prohibited Material;

  • Interfere with other users’ access or operations of the platform;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas or data.

2.3 LifeAid reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate access to its platform or services at any time, without prior notice.

2.4 We may monitor or investigate any activity on the platform and report any violations of law to the appropriate authorities.

2.5 By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to LifeAid’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal data.

3. Product and Service Terms

3.1 Product Descriptions: LifeAid strives to provide accurate product and service descriptions. However, we do not warrant that such descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are stated in Philippine Pesos and may be subject to change without prior notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Third-Party Vendors: From time to time, LifeAid may partner with third-party suppliers or service providers. Any agreement entered into with these third parties is solely between you and LifeAid.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content, materials, logos, and trademarks displayed on the LifeAid platform are the intellectual property of LifeAid or its licensors.

4.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent from LifeAid.

4.3 Nothing in this agreement grants you a license or right to use LifeAid’s trademarks or intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 LifeAid provides all information, products, and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform or its contents.

5.2 LifeAid shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the platform or services;

  • Errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission;

  • Unauthorized access or disclosure of information;

  • Reliance on any data or information provided by LifeAid.

5.3 You use this platform and its contents at your own risk.

6. Accounts and Security

6.1 You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

6.2 If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, you must notify LifeAid immediately.

7. External Links and Promotions

7.1 Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. LifeAid is not responsible for the content or security of these external sites.

7.2 Promotional materials or advertisements displayed on the platform do not constitute endorsements by LifeAid.

8. Submissions and Communications

8.1 By submitting reviews, comments, or suggestions (“Submissions”) to LifeAid, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish such content for marketing or improvement purposes.

8.2 You authorize LifeAid to send you informational and promotional communications via email, SMS, or other channels, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

9.1 LifeAid may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 You may terminate your account by sending a written request to lifeaidsolutionsph@gmail.com

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In case of dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be settled through arbitration under the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

11. General Provisions

11.1 No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11.2 Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
11.3 Amendments: LifeAid reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and LifeAid concerning the use of our platform and services.
